Summer Solstice Stonehenge

21st June at Stonehenge is a very special time. The henge is opened to the public with free entry. Hundreds of thousands from all over the world gather for the event. Salisbury Plain is a truly special place and standing among the stones as the sun sets on the longest day is one of the most amazing experiences you can have.

Stay at Stonehenge Touring Park and enjoy the atmosphere. Nothing like bumping into bona fide Druids as you fire up the BBQ.

Falmouth Sea Shanty Festival 22nd June to 23rd June

Tall Ships, merry sailors with a Cornish Pasty for the perfect weekend.  It’s largest free festival of maritime music.

Rock Oyster Festival 6th – 7th July

Womad Festival 27th – 29th July

A lovely spot to camp and soak up the sounds of the World. The Taste the World food stalls are a treat and you can chill out in the Forest of Wellness. A late drink at Molly’s Bar before sitting out under the stars.
